First of all you need to clear your basic concepts of maths and you need to work hard so as to clear NDA. Also, consider some good books for preparation of mathematics sections. Then try to solve some previous years papers of NDA to check the pattern of questions.

You'll easily get into a good North Campus College. Also, the fees for most colleges are around 15k-20k for a whole year, with the only exception being St. Stephen's College. St. Stephen's charges around 44k for one whole year.

Yes obviously, Amity is the only university which many students with at least passed certificate can get admission based on the performance and entrance exam that will be provided by the university. Nothing to worried about it.

Manish, you ideally cannot stick to one book when it comes to JEE Mains and JEE Advanced because the intensity of the exams is going to be deep in JEE Advanced. So you might have to revisit that strategy. We can suggest few books for you:
