It says" Passed qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject". It says

Dear Aspirant,

The applicants must have studied and passed Mathematics at the qualifying exam for admission to B.A. (Honours) in Economics. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects. Since you had done business mathematics, it will enough for you to apply.
