The IISER Aptitude Test contains 25% Maths questions.
Although it is not mandatory to have Maths background in class 12, it is NOT possible to give the exam without Maths.
If you don't have Maths in class 12, then you can learn the basics to score atleast few marks
Absolutely no problem. Since you have registered for 3 subjects, you could have paid or got name enrolled for 3. But if you donot attempt any of those, by default the previous mark will be considered. So there will be no loss and no gain.

Yes, but it's depends on you about how you prepare yourself. Neet doesn't consist maths. It consist subjects such as physics, chemistry and biology. In my opinion, self study is the best for preparation.
