In order to be able to answer JEE mains, the mandatory subjects in your class 10+2 are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Therefore, if theses were the subjects you have taken in class 12th, you are absolutely eligible to appear for JEE mains. Biology is not required whereas mathematics
