No, Maths is not a compulsory of you are looking to do B.Sc Biotechnology course. You just need to have passed (10+2) in science stream with PCM or PCB.
Although for admission in B.tech in Biotechnology, Maths is a compulsory subject.

For BSc in biotechnology a student needs atleast 60% marks aggregate with physics, chemistry and bio as main subject, so if you don't have mathematics, it will create no problem, you can apply for admission without any problem.

High as in? From the subjects you mentioned above, you do anything, seriously.

Having PCM, you can easily pursue Btech. You have Bio too hence you can opt for MBBS or related other fields like Agriculture or Dental or Genetics.

Firstly do not be scared of maths just because of CAT exam. It is not just the mathematics which you do as your subject but it is an aptitude test test your mathematics skills obviously along with your thinking ability to solve the problem.
