Even though you have completed bsc maths , you can still pursue bsc maths again from bhu provided you satisy its eligibility criteria provided below :-

In ISC board as you've already mentioned the percentage is calculated for the best 4 subjects so your optional subject Maths shouldn't affect your results much. But unfortunately the universities and colleges consider the marks of 5 subjects. If it's for the board percentage then the optional subject won't

You can do Bsc from PCB if your intermediate is from PCB and similarly in case of PCM also. Now as you are saying that you are failing in 11th in maths and hence want to go for PCB in Bsc. Let me tell you for PCB

you did not mention you had biology in 10+2 course or not. the eligibility criteria for diploma in unani course is you need to have 10+2 degree from a recognized university and have to secure 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology. The students who have the language Urdu
