Eligibility criteria for bachelor of science in maths  is

you have to pass 10+2 with maths as one of your subject . Your best of four will be considered including Maths.

The DU releases it cut-off and according to it you can take admission in the respective college.

Yes,Having a mathematical background has almost no bearing on BMS and the subjects that fall under it. Only 3 subjects viz Operations research, Statistics and Business Mathematics and topics under its fold may be familiar with math student,but other than that,everyone is on the same level.
