Hello Aspirant,
See if you have missed the registration date due to some genuine reason then you should contact directly to the authorities of IGNOU or Maulana Azad Urdu University. Make them aware about your reason for late application and then they will decide whether to give you admission or not because usually after the closing of application window no one can apply for admission but in some special case the authorities allow the candidate to apply for the admission so at least make the authorities aware about your situation.

Hello aspirant
You have not mentioned your category so if you are from general category then you have qualified neet. Neet Qualifying marks for general category are 147 . With 126 marks you won't get seat in any college. Admission to medical college depends upon cut off of the college ,cut off changes every year and this year cut offs are high hence qualifying marks are also high. You can apply for any paramedical courses or you can try in neet 2021.

Lalit, understanding that USMLE has got nothing to do with your NEET scores and the Colleges that you get in sets us on the right path for conversation. Now, with a score of 680 if your dream is to be able to crack USMLE, you should opt for AIIMS or JIPMER. Because AIIMS and JIPMER have their own research facilities. Now the way Medicine is taught in India is different from the way it is taught in the US. And the exposure is different. AIIMS and JIPMER have International Research facilities which are on par with a US Medical College. So to be able to crack USMLE, you should opt for AIIMS or JIPMER.
