Arch . ... 10+2 Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects ) passed from a recognized board will be the new minimum educational qualification required to pursue Bachelor of Architecture course

See, both are good but MANIT is slightly better than SPA Bhopal as MANIT has a great college experience. This college has good faculty and the placements are also goof here in both architecture and engineering.
I would suggest you going for MANIT.

Here I will suggest you to go for VIT Bhopal because it has good academic facilities and it is known for it. Further it offers freedom to choose your career in various field by providing diffwrent streams having specialization with them . 100 % doctorol facility is also available here and companies do visit here for placements of all students . At last I will suggest you that no college is good or bad it's all depends on you, how you study and persue the knowledge which is delivered by the college to you and grab the opportunities .

see branch and stream change options is available in nits, iits and most of engineering colleges. since the first year course structure is same in all streams, after completing the first year, if the candidates have the required marks as per the rules of the institute , candidate may go for their desired stream.

If belonging to home state,you need to have minimum of 3000 rank(obc) and if belonging to other state,you need minimum of 2400 rank(obc) so as to get CSE at NIT bhopal.

yes there is good chance to get admission into NIT campus. your rank will be below 15k-20k approximately which will make you eligible for the course.
SPA are also good campus to study BPlan. you can choose Delhi campus which has good architecture hub. You will get good scope and opportunities. You can also get good placement platform.
cutoff for NIT and SPA for BPlan is not available. As per your percentile there is good chance to get so do apply for it.

In 2019 a candidate with rank 4967(Female rank) in round 7 belonging to general category under home state quota secured seat in Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in B.Arch.
