As in the earlier question I calculated your rank to be around 40.708. College allotment predictions can only be made using the last year's opening and closing rank. Looking at it, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal State Quota for General Candidates opened at the rank 232 and closed at 3235. Considering this, your chances seem bleak to me. As you say you have got 73 percentile, with this percentile if you belong to general category you have a very slim chance because NIT, Bhopal has a good name and their cutoffs are much on the higher side. But if you belong to reserve category and you also have state quota you might get a seat but you'll have to wait for the further rounds of counselling and also for the spot round of counselling.

But first see your interest in which branch you want to get admission or which field of engineering interests you . If you have interest for a particular brach than first choose your branch because for the rest of your college and work life depends upon that I'm not denying that good college doesn't matter that too matter but first I would suggest choose your interest. 

Also one more thing do apply for other Universities entrances who conducts their individual entrance exams because this will help you in getting a wider look for the opportunities.

  Wih the NTA percentile you mentioned I have calculated your rank using Career360 Rank predictor and you probable rank after this exam is around 39,342. Previous year cutoff for Home state General students for getting a seat in B.Arch was 3235 (closing rank). Which is not even close to yours. So, it will not be possible to get admission in MNIT Bhopal. But you still have one more option to increase your percentile and hope for seat in Bhopal. Note: This is probable rank and it may change.

Hii shivanshu yes manit Bhopal is good for architecture branch,it have a good name and the faculty there is good too there the environment is excellent with brilliant educators now coming to your rank you may get admission stay updated with the college's site compare your rank there hope you get selected, good luck

For architecture,placement record is very poor,while the placement record for the institute in other branches is good. In B.arch very few students got placed.salary offered was about 3.5 lpa but the internship offer from abroad also. Stipend varied from 5000 to 25000 and in other country offer it was more than that.

There is no doubt that MANIT Bhopal is a good college but branch matters a lot.if you are directed towards particular B.arch branch then go for it. 

If you are getting any other branch in good college and you are interested in it then go with that or if you are getting B.arch in any other reputed college then go for that.it just depend on your interest.

Hey! Hi Shivanshu.

As per previous year cutoff's and trends, you need to have atleast 250+ marks in JEE MAIN PAPER 2 to get MANIT BHOPAL ARCHITECTURE.

And yes it's true that placements are not so nice for Architecture but still the college is very good.
