i want know about mba course & fees or scholarship

hi,

MBA course is generally of 2 years duration for full time study plan. in case you are working professional you may opt for part time mba program of three years duration.

eligibility criteria for master of business administrations is candidates must have competed bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognize education board.

now coming to entrance exam of MBA, top popular entrance test are as follows:

National level mba Entrance :  CAT, CMAT and MAT

State level mba entrance :  MAH-CET, TSICET, KMAT ,  TANCET etc

University/College level mba entrance :  XAT, SNAP, IIFT Exam and IRMASAT

fees of mba : fees criteria is differ from college to college, fees ranges from 5 lakh to 20 lakh.

however there is many scholarship scheme and financial assistant ship of students approved from iis or government institute or corporate sponsorship , Banks’ Sponsored MBA Scholarship and so  on.

can I get a seat for MBA course in PSG College through Tancet Counseling alone? or will I have to attend GD and interview after tancet Counseling?

PSG College is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. They offer MBA full time and part time as well as PGDM courses. There is also a 3-year part time MBA. For the part-time MBA and PGDM candidate needs to have minimum 2 years of work experience.

Specializations are offered in  Human resources, marketing, finance, Systems, and operations etc. like any other college.

Selection Procedure:

  • Entrance Exam:
    • Management Aptitude Test (MAT) scores are considered for calculating the aggregated weighted average score.
    • CAT, TANCET and ATMA scores are also accepted
  • Eligibilty:
    • Candidates must have their bachelor's degree or equivalent from any recognised college.
    • For the part-time MBA and PGDM candidate needs to have minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • GD/PI -
    • Basis the scores in the entrance exam, a list of shortlisted candidates are called for the next rounds on campus.
    • In the next steps they organise the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
    • Group Discuss can be on a range of topics which can be factual information or a generic topic or current affairs or something very abstract. The main assessments in any GD include the candidates leadership ability, understanding of the topic, the various perspectives presented and how one is able to listen to different views and understand.
    • Personal Interview round is also conducted where the candidate is interviewed based on their profile. This is to understand the readiness of the candidate for the MBA program.
    • Post the GD+PI rounds, scores are given.
    • The final score is calculated based on the final percentile in the qualifying exam, GD score and PI score. A final merit list is released basis this score and admissions are taken.
    • There is no shortcut to admissions. One must clear exam, GD and PI
