Both colleges allot 180 seats every year for full time MBA programme . Although particular number of seats for operation management is not yet disclosed and is informed from the last year admission process that it was 40.

The syllabus in distance and regular MBA will be the same but you will lack infrastructural facilities, internship oppurtunities and many more. At the end you might get a decent job but it is better if you back it up with a diploma certificate or fellow programme to increase
