Since your rank is quite high , it's very difficult for you to get MBA college through upsee rank even in 3rd round of counselling 

Your rank should be under 5500 to get admission in MBA college. Hence it's going to be difficult in your case. 

Good luck 

You can definitely get a government college. You can expect colleges like Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University or Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. But if money is not a constraint for you I would suggest you to go for colleges like GLA University, Hierank Business School and if you
