PGDM or Post Graduate Diploma in Management is offered by autonomous institutions as they cannot offer MBA. Today most of the students are in a confusion whether to opt for an MBA or a PGDM. Both are different but PGDM has got a couple of benefits when compared to MBA.
if you ask my personal opinion, than i would suggest you not to do the MBA by DISTANT EDUCATION, there are some places where they dont accept the distant education degree. rather write the CAT EXAM and score good and apply for IIM BANGALORE, as it gives admission to only
