first you have to mention that for which college or university you are asking . you have to give entrance exam like CAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT/XAT/SNAP etc. and you have to score well in the exam then  the college and university will conduct GD/PI and you have to crack the GD/PI

according to me , if you do MBA from abroad so most probably you will get job in abroad or you will find job in abroad but if you do MBA from india from top college so may be you can get the chance of job in abroad
