See there is no direct admission for MBBS course but you need to apply for NEET UG because admission to MBBS course is only taken on the basis of NEET UG score and for 2022 the application process is now over for NEET UG and now you cannot apply for it in fact, NEET UG 2022 is scheduled for July 17th, 2022 so if you have not registered for it then you cannot appear in it. And now you will have to wait till next year i.e. 2023.

Yes you are eligible for NEET UG and after that upon qualifying it you will also be eligible for MBBS admissions.
This is because you should have only passed in English subject there is no any requirement of minimum 50% marks in it but it is only required in PCB combination which you have. So you are completely eligible.

Eligibility for IPU MBBS
Indian or overseas Indian or Nepal dwellers of 17 years or more and finished the 10+2 exam with Phy, Chem, Biol/Biotech, and English with 50% marks or more in the exam. For SC or ST or OBC hopefuls, there is a relief of 10%.
Delhi quota - nominees who finished 10+2 as a regular learners from an acknowledged academy set in Delhi.
Learners who finished the 11th and 12th standards from the CBSE board, Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi are eligible.
