You have not mentioned your category and state domicile making it difficult to predict your opportunities.

Anyway, with AIR around 6 lakhs it is very difficult to get a conveyor quota medical or BDS seat.

However, if you can afford, try for management quota seats in private colleges

PSC stands for Public Service Commission. PSC exam is conducted by State public service commission for state administration .
The age eligibility criteria may slightly vary across various states.
Generally,the age limit for PSC exam is 21-30 years.

Your All India Rank is 43248. In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 38364 secured a seat in MBBS in AU region. That was the cut off. Now with an All India Rank of 43248, the chances are tad less for a seat in Government Medical College.
