The minimum eligibility for admission in MBBS courses in Russia says that the student should have secured a minimum of 50% ( aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to get admission in any MBBS course in Russia.

So I think it might be difficult to get admission in Russia.

There will be esi seats available in mop up allotment for medical 2020 mbbs. But in esi the tuition fees is high. Average 100000 per annum. Fom this year no esi quota will be available. So seats will be decided by your rank. So, will be esi seats

In neet 2019 , 592 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College, Aurangabad  under Maharashtra State quota

But cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students
