You will have to apply for AIQ (all india quota-15%) if you want to take admission in RIMS ranchi. This is the only way for students from other states to apply. The annual fees for the AIQ students is Rs 6000/- and the hostel fees is Rs 3000/- per annum

You have mentioned that you belong to unreserved category in that case according to your marks I think you should be able to get good enough government colleges.

As the cutoff for General or Unreserved category is 701-147.

You can apply for state quota that would increase your chances
