Sorry to say you but there is a very little chance to get government field even with SC quota rank. Actually you have not mention your SC rank so it is quite difficult for us to predict clearly. You can go for any private colleges.

Hello,

It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs are different for different categories. Regardless assuming that you are from general category, for MBBS you have chances for management quota seats in the government colleges. There are hardly any chances for state quota seats
