It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

• Government Medical College, Amritsar
• Government Medical College, Patiala
• Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot

Scoring 318 out of 720 will get you all India rank between 254350 - 294500. You didn't mention your state but overall it is very less chance to find a government medical college. You can find private colleges according to your state.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile and category as OBC because NT-2 category gets reserved under OBC category for NEET Counselling.

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting private medical colleges
