you have less chances of getting into cat b medical colleges in telangana or andhra pradesh. You can still try for priavte institutions;

For private colleges and deemed colleges, Without domicile you will be eligible only for open seats to all under private institutions.

Yes no such rule is there and you can pursue mbbs from bangladesh even after 2 drop years.

However you should know that after completing your mbbs from bangladesh you'd have to clear an fmge exam  for getting a license to work in india and do a 1year compulsory
