As you said your expected marks in NEET for 233 and you have not mention the state of domicile. Although you have a category but still it will be really hard for you to get admission in this less marks in any government MBBS college. But still

Yes , you can proceed for BAMS course and once when you will get MBBS through NEET in the next year then you can drop your BAMS course and can continue MBBS . But i will suggest you that ad you know that you only know about
