while applying for MBBS admission under reservation category, we need to have a validity certificate. if we participate in councelling under reserved category but validity certificate couldnt be issued by authorities in given time, will the candidate be considered in open category admission ?

For applying for counselling under certain category, your need to have proper documents and fall under eligibility criteria of the category.

If you fail to get the document on given day or meet certain criteria , you will considered from the open category or UR category

As you have not mentioned your Home state so considering it as Telangana according to your profile.

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly in which category you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota.

The only government college you can get in for MBBS is this DMIMSU - Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences

But you can get in some private colleges like

Hello,

Based on previous years cutoffs it seems difficult to get an admission into a government college Through AIQ and through the 85% state quota for the general category with your score. The cuoffs for BDS is comparatively lower, but still it doesn't seem easy to get.
