You can't change your name without any valid reason.

Just because you don't like it or it is difficult to pronounce,  is not acceptable reason.

I have +9 grace mark in chemistry my pcb is more than 60% I got admission in bashkir University russia for mbbs , after completing mbbs will I face any kind of problem during fmge mci exam and after that ,for having grace mark in class 12 chemistry?

No need to worry . If you have got mbbs seat in university of Russia on basis of your class xii score , ( with 9 grace marks in chemistry)  . You won't face any problem in future.

FMGE is foreign medical Graduate Examination.
