If we look at the previous year's cut off for government medical colleges for the BCB category, it was 600 marks and the college allotted was Osmania Medical College. So you have very low chance of getting a government seat through the state quota.

To secure MBBS seat in any government out side of your state you need to apply through all India quota for NEET-UG. You have to apply through Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) portal. If you have domicile certificate for that particular state, then you can apply in the state

Yes, definately you can get a job in IT sector if you don't have Maths in 10+2 because BCA is a three year Professional Degree Course. If your college allows you to take admission in BCA without having  maths in 10+2 then no problem you can definately get
