i am 22 years old and 2nd year bsc student, have been trying to crack neet since 3 years, 2023 will be my 4th attempt, should I go for mbbs if i qualify neet next year to become a doctor which would take 11-12 years or should I give UPSC, SSC etc government exams after completing Bsc ?

See it really depends on your goal. If you wish to become a doctor then you should definitely go for MBBS. You have to set a goal in your mind to reach there.

My advice to you would be to go for MBBS

Yes. you can do MBBS after your B Pharma. This is because, the admission in MBBS is on the basis of NEET examination and ther's no rule that if one does B Pharma or any other graduation , they become ineligible for neet.
