Even though you belongs to reserved category 320 mark is not enough to get admission for mbbs. 490+ minimum needed for getting admission in government medical colleges. You might get admission for private bds or bams colleges. So its better to not waste time for mop up round.
Course depends on your personal interest. If you are interested in mbbs then go for it . BAMS is a good course but personal interest on subject matters. Also bams have no much scope as that of mbbs. But if you are interested in it then go for
