Unfortunately No. You need to pay management fee no matter how top you scored in NEET. General, obc category and all have same fee. For sc st the fee is paid by government. But from next year onwards government had ordered private Medical colleges to charge only the government fee

Without any scholarship or fee reimbursement scheme it would be quite difficult to get any private MBBS college with complete fee of Ra. 25 Lakhs because MBBS is quite expensive in Private colleges as compared to other courses and it can cost you around 35-40 Lakhs or more.
