hello .. I have given my neet this year and Im expecting around 440-450 marks ... I belong to general category and Im a resident of Karnataka .... is there any chance I will get a seat in Karnataka for mbbs government college under state quota ?

For MBBS seat in government college, general category candidates requires around 580-600+ marks in NEET. With the score you have mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. You can still try in Subsequent or mop up

With the score you have mentioned above it is difficult for you to get an admission in government college since OBC category candidates requires minimum 550+ marks for admission in government college. There are chances you can admission in Karnataka through management quota.
