Rajiv Gandhi University of health science bangalore government owned college. Courses are offered in medical dental unani ayurveda physiotherapy homeopathy etc. Admission to MBBS is via NEET exam.

As it is government owned fee is also affordable. For MBBS 20,000 per year. Should pay for 5 years.

Assuming that you come from general category Getting admission for government medical college for 522 mark is difficult . You need to score minimum 590+ to get admission in government medical college. But you have a good chance of getting admission for mbbs MQ  in private medical colleges.

Yes, you can appear for UPSC, without clearing FMGE exam. FMGE is Foreign Medical Graduate Examination and conducted for those students who pursue their MBBS from foreign and want to practice medicine in India.

If you are Indian Citizen, then you are eligible for UPSC.
