Hi my pcb aggregate mark is 58% percent and PCBE aggregate mark is 54 % percent if i crack neet with good mark can i take admission in government medical college and jipmer for mbbs

Yes you can get admission in government medical college.
In order to pursue graduation in the medical field,and to appear in NEET UG examination candidates must have passed class 12 in PCB with a minimum of 50% marks ( General category )
(OBC/SC/ST - 40% PWD - 45%

You can get your fees refunded by the KCET authorities. You will get your fees refunded only after the completion of seat allotment, a list will be made of the students who have applied for refund. After that within 2 months (sometimes 3) , the refund gets processed

Yes for getting into a medical college, a candidate must have to score a minimum of 60% marks in poverty in order to be eligible for the admissions.  It holds true for every case so score atleast 60% marks.
