nearly 1 lakh rank i.e nearly 475 marks .

in the NEET 2021 the cutoff for ST category through all india counselling after round 1 was:

102589 rank i.e. nearly 470

Hence you won't get any such benefit during the NEET Counseling for Seat Allotment in Medical and Dental Colleges.
