It is quite difficult to get an MBBS or BDS seat in any good college through the All India Quota also. Maybe you can get some private colleges for the BDS course up to the mop-up round. Still, don't lose hope.

But as you belong to a state like haryana, plus you belong to general category, it is not possible for you to get a government MBBS seat. As a general category student gets govt MBBS seat only upto 15000

Hope you are doing well. I checked the required documents for NEET UG 2021 counselling for the state of Maharashtra,there is no mention of DAM affected certificate in there . So,most probably there's no reservation for this .
