Singhania University Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan is is neither registered with the MCI nor approved by the MCI, as it is a private University and and has no right to to impart medical education like MBBS. So doing MBBS from this university is is illegal and void.

Through state general category you can expect Ashwini rural medical college, ACPM (Dhule), BKL Walawalkar, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh, indian institute of medical science jalna, maharashtra institute of medical science pune, etc..

See for NEET there are no age limit till now. So yeah! he/she can sit for the examination, but your colleague isn't eligible for the examination of NEET because he/she didn't have Biology as a subject in 10+2. Now if your colleague want's then he/she can apply for open schools
