Yes, NIOS board students are eligible for appearing in Neet examination
This is because, Eligibility of students from NIOS and other open boards is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement ,students of nios and all other recognised open boards are eligible for Neet
It is not possible to take admission in 2 nd year of mbbs no lateral entry is allowed in mbbs course.there are some discussion about lateral entry but nothing has finalised yet.
