These days reservation for mbbs is given to all India St and sc candidates on same basis for central councelling or all India quota. There is no different quota available for Delhi students as they get admission through all India counseling quota. But different states also provide their government

Last year i.e, NEET 2020 govt medical college for ebc category in bihar was allotted upto Air26615 and 587 marks in Madhepura.
So if we compare your marks and last year cut off marks you seems to be on borderline as there will be overall increase in seats
