NEET allows NIOS students to appear for the exams after high court of Delhi removed this restriction. As such you can go for any doctorate course after appearing for NEET in India.

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general, going by last year state cut-offs for UR with AIR 157171 chances for GMC is quite tough, and so is government quota in private medical colleges though there are possibilities of management quota in the private medical

So if you are OC EWS you will in Gandhi or Osmania
