On the basis of previous year cutoffs, at your rank there are no chances for government medical college in your category under state quota. Even there is very less probability for management quota seats also. But you can get management quota seats for dental colleges in Telangana. For

Yes you can leave medical college anytime but you have to pay bond fees which is you fill at the time of admission at that college.

If we go through last year state cut-offs for EWS then 622 marks secured seat in GMC Dungarpur/Barmer, hence chances for GMC is quite tough with 534 marks, though there are possibilities for government seats in the following private medical colleges;-
