MBBS(Bachelor's of Medicine and Bachelor's of Surgery) and BAMS(Bachelor's of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery) are different degrees. Yes, you can definitely leave BAMS and if you want to leave BAMS, you will have to drop that year and start from fresh in MBBS that is from 1st semester

You need to mention the name of the college/university you wish to pursue your MBBS from. If you are taking admission in govt. medical colleges then your NEET Rank, category, home state, will decide which college you can opt for and the tuition and hostel fees will vary as
