If infrastructure is not your main concern, then surely SMMH medical university Saharanpur is better choice... Here u get good faculty, better exposure to patients and a better City to live in. Poor infrastructure may bother you sometimes but then it feels normal.

The fees structure of GMCH Guwahati for Undergraduate Medical course is mentioned below:

Annual Fee for AIQ Candidates --> Rs. 31,000

Amount to be paid at the time of Admission -->

I am assuming you from general category.

First of all there's nothing like free seat, even in government medical colleges there's fee for the course, it's just that fee in government medical colleges is nominal when compared to private ones.
