Firstly I must address that by MBBS in abroad you mean countries like Russia, China etc. In the US, you cannot apply to medical colleges without a bachelors degree.

1. what does it mean? AMU has 3 years internal pg quota, BHU has 1 year int. pg quota. state College have 50% internal pg quota if you done mbbs from your own state. 2. VMMC also has internal pg quota ( how many? explain it.) 3. Does aiims also has internal pg quota?

Hello!

Internal quota means that a certain percentage of the seats is reserved for it’s own students. So in case of VMMC, 50% seats are available via All India quota while the rest 50% are reserved from the students  who have studied in IPU (VMMC, BSA, NDMC).
