Their are many criteria in which you will get a seat of MBBS in any government college.
For general category your marks should be 550+ or the rank of less than 8K
For OBC category your marks should be same as general category i.e. 550+ score or rank
There is no distinction of EWS certificate in case of states or central. So your EWS certificate is valid in BHU.
To get a EWS certificate you will have to visit the municipal office.
