If you belongs to SC category and seeking admission in Government medical colleges for MBBS course then there are two ways either through state quota and other is through AIQ so if you go with state quota then you should try for at least 450+ marks but note

If you want to discontinue your brother study then you have to cancelled your brother admission.

Every medical college have bond and admission cancellation rules. Like if you leave the college in between your studying year then you have to pay some amount of fee.. other wise they can't

see none of the admission to any courses is easy , if you want to take admission in tier 1 institute, you must work hard , study sincerely and bring a good score. If you are comfortable with average college then an average score in cet would be enough.
