No. That MBBS and BPT are 2 different courses, you do not need to take any NOC unless you are in the middle of a service bond and you getting a seat means you have to forgo the remaining service period of the bond. NEET has no upper age limit

you have to complete 1 year compulsory bond after MBBS if u are studying in any college in maharashtra.

If you have to opt for not doing so you can reimburse the bond amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- only.
