As you have 87 percentage of disability you are absolutely eligible for the state level quota if you belong to that particular state otherwise there is all india quota for you in pwd category. You need not worry because you will definitely get the benefit of this.

The bond that has to be made for a tenure of  year, My suggestion is to ask your college administration directly about this. If you contact with any of the senior studying that college , or even tehsil of your city will help
