As of now its tough to say what could be the cutoff for colleges because the cutoff changes every year due to many factors like difficulty level of paper,total students appearing for exam etc.however based on previous year analysis,we can fix a boundary of cutoff for particular colleges.
I'm sorry to mention that student even you belong to SC category you don't have but chances of getting a seat with 4 lacs rank.
Even if your belong to SC category this year the cut off has been tremendous height you should at least have a rank below
