Going by last year's cutoffs, you have good chances to get a government Medical college through state counselling such as
  • ESIC Medical College
  • GMC Siddipet
  • GMC Mahabubnagar
  • GMC Nalgonda
  • GMC Suryapet
  • GMC Nizamabad
Etc. And government quota seats in private Medical colleges as well.

There is no fresh registration of candidates and choice submission in 2nd round of counseling. Choices of main counseling (submitted before first round allotment) will be considered in this round of allotment.
