As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it as general.
To get seat in government college you must score 600+ . Although 568 is pretty good score you have chances of getting seat through state quota.
You may get good medical college.

It seems like that your domicile is Karnataka, so based upon the marks that you have scored for OBC category, you should try for management quota for admission in private colleges and deemed universities preferably since there are hardly any chances for government college seats for state quota.
