Iam an obc student from Karnataka. My neet 2020 score is 476 and my AIR is 107040 and my category rank is 47167.Do I have any chance in getting a govt mbbs seat this year in my state?

With an all india rank of around 1,07,000, Your have chances of getting a seat in the government medical college as Last year, a score of 408 was required to procure a seat in BGS global institute of medical sciences, for which the closing ranks were around 1,20,000.

Definitely you can get the seat, as we can see the general category cut off scores goes to 147-720
SC,ST,OBC scorecut off is 113-146
And your marks and rank can give you seat in any government college as well and Muslim minority college  also.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

With a score of 100, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score.

In 561 marks in NEET exam 2020 you have a chance for government Medical college in Odisha. To get chance in medical seat or BDS seat in Orissa 550 marks is at least needed for out of total 720 marks.

The cut off of colleges vary every year based on various factors. So an accurate prediction is not possible. Based on previous year data you have less chances in AIQ seats. As for the state quota you have chances in BDS seats of following colleges
